Land Title Surveys
The examination and reporting of significant factors affecting a tract of land’s title, boundary lines, right-of-way/easements and includes the review of a title commitment or report, certifying to the parties of the transaction. A Category 1A Land Title Survey is used for commercial and residential real estate transactions complying with the current Texas Society of Professional Surveyors Standards and Specifications as set forth in the Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas.
