Registered Professional Land Surveyor
James began his surveying career
in 1997 as a rodman for the City of Waco Engineering Department. In his journey of over 25 years of combined field and office, project management, and academia Land Surveying experience, he has gained excellent proficiency in a broad spectrum of surveying applications. He was very fortunate to have been taught the "old school" way and prides himself on truly understanding the duties of a Land Surveyor as passed onto him from his mentors. Along this journey, he has enhanced his skillset by staying connected with the Texas Board of Professional Engineering and Land Surveying rules, procedures, and practices aligned with the higher ethical and technical standards set forth by Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.
